If the container is not a multiple of the thumbnail width, I get
whitespace on the right side of the container. What I really want
is for the thumbnail width to adjust so that there’s never any
whitespace on the right. If I reduce the width of the window, the
thumbnail width should also reduce slightly until a point at which
the column count will reduce by 1 and then the thumbnail width gets
    reset.

Is this possible? Otherwise, can I implement some JavaScript
code to take care of this? I suppose I will need access to the
current column count to figure out how wide to make the thumbnails.
How can I get access to that?

    Thank you so much!
