Front Page › Forums › Problems › Demo on official Galleria homepage not working on new versions of Firefox (Mac)
I’m convinced Gallerio covers what most webdesigners need, but
there’s one huge turn off: it’s not working in the latest versions
of Firefox (v 28.0 at the moment of this post).
If you go to the homepage (http://galleria.io/) with Firefox 28.0 on
a Mac (OSX 10.9.2), you’ll notice that none of the options in the
bottom bar work (thumbnails, autoplay, enlarge image, full screen).
I think it’s why a lot of people here get into trouble with
It does work on other browsers with the same device.
Issue remains with the freshly released Firefox 29.0
There are a few things to try out explained in
this thread. If you confirm that this is the same problem
you’re having, it will be fixed by the upcoming Galleria 1.3.6.
If you want to try it out, there’s a beta version of it
available at the Galleria Github repo

It looks very similar indeed, I’d be surprised it would turn out
to be another issue.
If you’d (temporary) modify the necessary links on the galleria
homepage to the upcoming 1.3.6 version and see it working, that
would confirm it.
We’ve now published 1.3.6, and it’s running on the Galleria
front page. Can you confirm that the issue is resolved?
It’s totally working now, thanks!
Glad to hear that! Thanks for confirming.
